How to Use:
- Apply Silicone Pads with the glossy side onto the skin, directly below the eyelid and press them gently onto the skin.
- Apply the Refectocil Eyelash Tint or Perm.
- After the application time remove product as per instructions leaving the silicone pad in place.
- Remove and clean the pads.
