SHORTAGES, CLAIMS, FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive damaged or faulty goods or something is missing from your order you must notify us within 48 hours from date of delivery of the goods.  This can be done by email or telephone.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in sellable condition with the original packaging.

To initiate a return, you must first contact us directly to obtain a return authority.  Returns will not be accepted without such authority/prior consent. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personal hygiene products such as razors, deodorant, intimate or sanitary goods etc cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items include; clearance lines, nail polish, make up brushes, nail brushes, floor/demo stock or gift cards. For full details please contact us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

WARRANTIES

Furniture and equipment items generally come with manufacturer warranties. Refer to individual items for details of specific warranties offered. .  We honour all such manufacturer warranties and those that you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

Items may need to be returned to us so that they can be assessed by the manufacturer.  Freight costs for such returns are generally your responsibility unless indicated otherwise in the specific item’s manufacturer’s warranty.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns (excluding items that are faulty or damaged at time of delivery).  If we arrange the return courier for you, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if approved).

If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable courier service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item in original condition.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we

have received your return and if a refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
