How to Use:
For professional use only.
- Perform a patch test according to professional guidelines at least 24 hours prior to treatment.
- Cleanse lashes or brows thoroughly to remove oils, makeup and residue.
- In a non metallic mixing dish, dispense approximately 2cm of RefectoCil lash or brow tint.
- Add approximately 15 to 20 drops of RefectoCil Cream Oxidant 3%.
- Mix thoroughly using an applicator stick or brush until a smooth, creamy paste forms. The consistency should be even and lump free.
- Apply carefully to lashes or brows, ensuring complete coverage of the hairs.
